Kingfisher Has Bagged Many Awards Just In Its 7 Years Operation




Kingfisher Airlines commenced its operations in 2005 and over a period of these seven years it has won many laurels in the form of Awards from various agencies.

Kingfisher’s frequent flyer program King Club has won Top honors at the 21st Annual Freddie Awards in the regions of Japan, Pacific, Asia and Australia.

King Club in fact won Freddie awards in 2008 in the following categories

  • ·         Best Customer Service
  • ·         Best Bonus Promotion
  • ·         Best Member Communications, in which Kingfisher Airways held runnership
  • ·         Best Award Redemption, here as first Runner up
  • ·         Best Elite Travel, as Second Runner up
  • ·         Programme of the year, as Second Runner Up
  • ·         Best website, again as Second Runner Up
Skytrax World Airlines Awards 2010 recognised Kingfisher Airlines as the Best Airline in India and Kingfisher Red was named Best Low Cost Airline in India.

Skytrax named it as India’s only 5 Star airline and 6th Airline in the World and The Brand Reporter recognized Kingfisher flights as the Second Busiest Brand 2008.

Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA) selected them as the Best New Airline of the year Award in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region for 2005

KingfisherAirways achieved many more awards presumably because of  its vision to offer consistently safe, value based and enjoyable travel to its passengers and their values encompass safety, service, happiness, teamwork and accountability.
